Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not required
- knowledge of HACCP practices for handling dishware and food deliveries

Job Duties
- Clear dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables quickly and efficiently
- wipe down and sanitize tables, chairs, and surrounding areas after guests leave
- reset tables with proper place settings according to restaurant standards
- assist servers by refilling water glasses and delivering bread or other items when needed
- maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including floors and service stations
- remove trash and transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing area
- follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- support team members during peak hours to ensure timely service
