- physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours

Job Duties
- prepares dining room for guests by cleaning and clothing tables setting decorations service plates and utensils
- maintains table setting by removing courses as completed refilling water glasses and being attentive to additional needs
- supports waitstaff by setting up and replenishing condiment stands and busser stations
- carries heavy trays and stands for extended periods during shifts
- follows hygiene and food safety guidelines strictly
- multitasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- remains calm and professional during busy service hours
