Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- prepares dining room for guests by cleaning and clothing tables, setting decorations, service plates, and utensils
- maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, refilling water glasses, and being attentive to additional needs
- supports waitstaff by setting up and replenishing condiment stands and busser stations
- demonstrates understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
- adapts to shift work including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- carries heavy trays and stands for long hours
- multitasks and remains calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
