Job Duties
- Clear tables of dishes, utensils, and glasses promptly and efficiently
- Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas
- Sweep and mop floors, clean surfaces, and ensure dining room cleanliness
- Keep service stations stocked with supplies
- Remove trash and clean up spills immediately
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages
- Refill water glasses and assist guests with requests
- Communicate with waitstaff and kitchen to ensure efficient service flow
