Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- good physical stamina
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team

- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Provide supplies to servers
- polish and stock equipment for operations such as silverware, linens, and glassware
- set up, clear, and clean tables before, during, and after service
- set up tables with tabletop equipment per design
- ensure that guest tables are always maintained to our standards and in a timely fashion
- ensure coffee is made and ready to be served
- assist servers as requested
- perform all opening and closing side duties
- provide fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to restaurant guests and staff
- perform other duties as assigned
