Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work Tuesday through Sunday with flexible hours
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving items
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Willingness to learn and take on various tasks
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares table for resetting
  • Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments
  • Serves guests beverages, breads and butter and replenishes as necessary
  • Assists servers with food and beverage service
  • Transports all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area
  • Performs general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor
  • Folds napkins throughout the day to maintain an adequate supply
  • Performs all assigned side work including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands
  • Cleans unexpected spills, handles special guest requests, greets and seats guests
  • Performs other duties as assigned
