Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous relevant work experience preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- reliable transportation to and from work
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Previous experience as a busser or food expo in a restaurant or country club setting

Job Duties
- Sets and cleans dining room tables before, during, and after meal service
- serves water and bread as members and guests are seated
- maintains bread and water service throughout the evening for each table
- assists servers by carrying food trays to tables
- stocks server's station with supplies
- sets up station and performs side work at beginning and end of shifts
- removes soiled dishes and finished glassware from tables and brings them to dishwashing area
- removes soiled linens and replaces with clean linens
- sets tables with polished silverware, glassware, and clean linens
- keeps tables, dining room, and bus station clean and orderly
- collects trash from dining room and grill after each serving period
- performs cleanup and closing duties assigned by supervisor
- keeps ice bins filled
- advises supervisor of any complaints immediately
- attends all service staff meetings as requested by the F&B Director or General Manager
