Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous relevant work experience preferred
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • reliable transportation to and from work
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Previous experience as a busser or food expo in a restaurant or country club setting

Job Duties

  • Sets and cleans dining room tables before, during, and after meal service
  • serves water and bread as members and guests are seated
  • maintains bread and water service throughout the evening for each table
  • assists servers by carrying food trays to tables
  • stocks server's station with supplies
  • sets up station and performs side work at beginning and end of shifts
  • removes soiled dishes and finished glassware from tables and brings them to dishwashing area
  • removes soiled linens and replaces with clean linens
  • sets tables with polished silverware, glassware, and clean linens
  • keeps tables, dining room, and bus station clean and orderly
  • collects trash from dining room and grill after each serving period
  • performs cleanup and closing duties assigned by supervisor
  • keeps ice bins filled
  • advises supervisor of any complaints immediately
  • attends all service staff meetings as requested by the F&B Director or General Manager
