- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

- Ability to handle physical demands of the job including standing and carrying dishes for extended periods
Job Duties
- Assist in preparing the restaurant for dining service by setting up section including polishing and preparing items such as linens silverware and glassware before they go to the floor and assisting at setting them at the table
- Greet all guests in a warm personal and friendly manner
- Assist service team as needed by removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters throughout guests meal and take them to the kitchen for cleaning
- After the guest has finished dining prepare the table by clearing and cleaning the table and resetting it for the next guest
- Assist guests with any requests or concerns and take action to correct any problems
- Stock service areas with supplies such as tableware and linens throughout service period
- Assist in removing trash from full receptacles and replacing liner throughout the restaurant
