Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to carry trays and stand for extended periods
  • Must comply with health and safety standards

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is an advantage
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and teamwork in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
  • Physical stamina to perform duties including standing and carrying items
  • Willingness to learn carving techniques and kitchen procedures

Job Duties

  • Ensure the guest dining experience is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant
  • Provide a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees
  • Assist with delivery and serving of all food items to appropriate guests utilizing pivot point system
  • Remove soiled dishes and utensils between courses
  • Ensure that tables are clear, cleaned, and reset promptly between seating
  • Carve appropriate entrees including pork chops, Chateaubriand, and bone-in New York strip steaks table-side for guests
  • Assist chef team with continual upkeep of kitchen including restocking silverware and plateware, cleaning surfaces and floors
  • Assist chef team with the closing of the kitchen including the return of food items to coolers
