Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US
- certification in county required food and alcohol serving prior to employment
- able to lift up to 50 lbs, reach, bend, and stoop
- able to work standing for up to 10 hours

Job Duties
- Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift
- remove plates and glassware that guests no longer need
- take tableware to dish area and place silverware, dishes, glassware in appropriate areas for washing
- assist dishwasher by removing remaining food into appropriate waste bin and maintaining a clean dishwashing station
- clean and clear tables after each guest experience
- promptly clean table tops, chairs, booths, and check floor between seatings
- inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
- respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate them to server as needed
- assist server with food delivery, especially with large parties and peak periods
- continually communicate and assist front of house, bar, and back of house in stocking, cleaning, and other requested assistance
