Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand, walk, bend and lift moderately heavy items
- reliable transportation
- willingness to learn and follow instructions
- prior experience in food service is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- clear, clean, sanitize and reset tables within 3 minutes
- communicate table readiness to hosts and servers
- assist with light housekeeping duties
- roll silverware and maintain utensil stock
- ensure restroom cleanliness
- coordinate with team members to maintain restaurant flow
- signal table availability to host staff
