Job Requirements
- at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the us
- able to lift up to 50lbs, reach, bend, and stoop
- able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
- able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests
- hard working, dedicated, and able to multitask
- fun, energetic, eager and committed team member
- prior food and alcohol serving certifications as required by county to be obtained before employment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in the predominant language(s) of our guests
- physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, reach, bend, and stoop
- capacity to work on feet for extended periods (up to 10 hours)
- at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US
- possession of all county-required food and alcohol serving certifications before employment
Job Duties
- remove plates/glassware that guests no longer need
- take tableware to dish area and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing
- assist dishwasher by removing remaining food into appropriate waste bin and maintaining a clean dishwashing station
- clean and clear tables after each guest experience
- promptly clean table tops, chairs, booths, check floor and clean as required between seatings
- inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
- respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate guest requests to server as needed
- assist server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods
- continually communicate and assist front of house, bar, and head of house in stocking, cleaning, and any other requested assistance
