Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform cleaning and physical tasks
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Job Duties
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, safe and sanitized
- Clean and reset tables promptly with silverware for new guests
- Assist hosts, servers and managers in maintaining a spotless dining room
- Help with efficient guest seating by preparing tables
- Support the dining room team in delivering excellent guest service
- Follow all sanitation and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks
