Job Duties
- Communicate with and assist food servers to provide quality food and beverage service
- maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and equipment
- stock beer and soft drinks for bar
- assist all departments in maintaining stock and cleanliness
- handle guest complaints promptly and involve a manager
- complete opening, running, and closing side work according to standards
- maintain cleanliness of guest restrooms
- transport garbage to dumpsters and clean trashcans
- assist in training new employees
