Job Requirements
- must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience as a busser or in food service preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capable of lifting and carrying heavy trays
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests
- must be reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Provide supplies and support to all food and beverage staff
- maintain and clean all service and floor areas per SOPs
- clean, set up, and break down tables, trays, and stations per sidework sheets and SOPs
- constantly check, clean, and maintain all food and beverage areas
- ensure guest tables and public areas meet hotel and design standards at all times
- replenish side stations throughout service including condiments and milk
- assist barbacks with side work including emptying trash from bar and wait station areas
- complete all sidework duties per SOPs including pre-shift, post-shift, daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
- perform other duties as requested
