Job Requirements

  • must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience as a busser or in food service preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • capable of lifting and carrying heavy trays
  • flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests
  • must be reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide supplies and support to all food and beverage staff
  • maintain and clean all service and floor areas per SOPs
  • clean, set up, and break down tables, trays, and stations per sidework sheets and SOPs
  • constantly check, clean, and maintain all food and beverage areas
  • ensure guest tables and public areas meet hotel and design standards at all times
  • replenish side stations throughout service including condiments and milk
  • assist barbacks with side work including emptying trash from bar and wait station areas
  • complete all sidework duties per SOPs including pre-shift, post-shift, daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
  • perform other duties as requested
