Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 as required by local laws
- High school diploma or GED required
- No prior experience necessary as on-the-job training is provided
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must obtain food handler and alcohol certification within 14 days of hire
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
- Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job including standing and carrying loads
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Willingness to obtain food handler and alcohol certification within 14 days of hire
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain efficient service flow
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for service
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Follow health and safety regulations including food handling and sanitation standards
- Provide friendly and professional interaction with guests to enhance their dining experience
