Job Requirements
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per shift)
- frequent bending, lifting, and carrying items up to 30 lbs (such as trays, dishes, and supplies)
- comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with continuous movement
- ability to reach, stoop, and perform repetitive motions as needed for cleaning and resetting tables
- comfortable working in a market/cafe: cold, wet, or hot, and refrigerated environments, noise can be moderate

Job Duties
- deliver an exceptional guest experience by maintaining clean, organized tables and ensuring water levels and table settings are refreshed promptly
- support the service team by setting up and replenishing condiment stations, trash containers, and maintaining a sanitary bussing station
- communicate clearly and consistently with servers and management to ensure guest needs are met quickly and professionally
- assist with proper setup and breakdown of the bus station and complete side work responsibilities
- help with polishing and stocking service tools (silverware, glassware, plates) and maintain cleanliness in all service areas
- assist with the host station at times
