Job Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years of age
- ability to speak, write and read simple instructions in English
- must have a Food Handler Certificate
- must be a team player and customer-service oriented
- ability to stand and walk on uneven, slippery, and/or wet surfaces for at least 8 consecutive hours
- ability to speak through radio and listen through earpiece for at least 8 consecutive hours
- ability to observe customer service in the dining room from up to 100 feet
- ability to routinely lift, stoop, kneel, bend, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, and reach overhead
- ability to carry full service tray and bus tubs
- ability to perform moderately strenuous activity for at least 8 consecutive hours
- ability to tolerate cleaning solutions on a regular basis
- ability to occasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, and ramps
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 17 years of age
- ability to speak, write and read simple instructions in English
- Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required
- must have a Food Handler Certificate
- must be a team player and customer-service oriented
- prior food service industry and/or janitorial experience is helpful but not required
Job Duties
- Practices the company service principles
- sets up and/or breaks down beverage station and condiment area
- sorts dishes, glasses, and silverware
- assists cashier and bartenders in restocking their areas
- cleans and maintains bathrooms, cleans windows and takes garbage out when needed
- cleans floor areas inside and outside the restaurant, including parking lot, walkways, and patios
- cleans tables, chairs, high chairs, and booster seats before, after and throughout shift
- performs other duties as assigned
