Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to learn and develop hospitality skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Flexibility to work weekends and varied shifts
Job Qualifications
- Positive professional and guest-focused attitude
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- No prior experience required training provided
- Flexible availability for lunch and dinner shifts weekends a plus
- Bilingual Japanese English a plus passing a linguist test may result in higher pay
Job Duties
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently between guests
- Refill water and assist servers with beverage and bread service
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room including floors and service stations
- Assist with food running by delivering dishes promptly and accurately
- Support servers in providing an exceptional dining experience
- Restock silverware glassware and other service items as needed
- Learn and perform tableside presentation for select menu items
