Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment

Job Duties

  • Serve each customer courteously, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude
  • Provide great tasting / quality food and a clean restaurant environment for all guests
  • Ensure empty tables are ready to receive new guests by removing dirty dishes, sanitizing tables, cleaning seats and sweeping or vacuuming surrounding floors
  • Follow proper safety procedures and report potentially unsafe situations caused by employees and guests
  • Practice continual communication with restaurant managers and co-workers
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
