Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Capable of performing physical tasks including standing for long periods and carrying trays
- Flexibility to work during daytime hours
- Willingness to adhere to First Watch's policies and standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a restaurant or fast-paced environment is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
Job Duties
- Communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork
- Clear, clean, sanitize and reset tables in under 3 minutes
- Update and communicate to hosts and servers when tables are available for seating
- Perform other duties such as light housekeeping, rolling silverware, restroom cleanliness, etc.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
