Job Requirements

  • must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
  • must be able to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously
  • must be able to lift up to 15 lbs regularly
  • may occasionally lift trays weighing up to 30 lbs
  • requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing
  • must have listening and hearing ability
  • must have visual acuity

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a food runner or busser role advantageous
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • passion for food and continuous learning
  • basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Duties

  • seamlessly work with kitchen and front of house team to provide exceptional service
  • deliver food promptly and accurately to guests
  • clear and reset tables efficiently
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
  • assist servers and kitchen staff as needed
  • communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
  • uphold high standards of guest satisfaction
