Job Requirements
- must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
- must be able to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously
- must be able to lift up to 15 lbs regularly
- may occasionally lift trays weighing up to 30 lbs
- requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing
- must have listening and hearing ability
- must have visual acuity
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a food runner or busser role advantageous
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- passion for food and continuous learning
- basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- seamlessly work with kitchen and front of house team to provide exceptional service
- deliver food promptly and accurately to guests
- clear and reset tables efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- assist servers and kitchen staff as needed
- communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- uphold high standards of guest satisfaction
