Job Duties
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure delivery of Pizza Ranch product and service standards
- Manage guest experience using Qualtrics data and feedback
- Drive store level profitability and sales goals by controlling food and labor costs
- Provide genuine care and support to staff and guests
- Oversee training and development of team members
- Uphold appropriate and fair business practices
