Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods up to 10 hours
- Able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of guests
- Obtain all required food and alcohol serving certifications prior to employment

- Food and alcohol serving certifications as required by county regulations
Job Duties
- Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift
- Remove plates and glassware that guests no longer need
- Take tableware to dish area and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing
- Assist dishwasher by removing remaining food into appropriate waste bin and maintaining a clean dishwashing station
- Clean and clear tables after each guest experience
- Promptly clean table tops, chairs, and booths between seatings
- Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
- Respond appropriately to guest requests
- Communicate guest requests to server as needed
- Assist server with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods
- Continually communicate and assist front of house, bar, and host on hand in stocking, cleaning, and other requested assistance
