Job Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Ensuring the dining room, lobby and service areas are clean, stocked and visually appealing
  • Assisting servers by properly serving food and beverages
  • Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables for the next guest
  • Adhering to health and safety standards and sanitation practices
  • Maintaining a clean, sanitized and safe restaurant environment
  • Supporting team members to deliver luxury guest dining experiences
  • Handling opening and closing side work duties as assigned
