Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- physical ability to perform the duties of the job including standing walking and lifting
- strong work ethic and reliability
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- legal authorization to work in the united states
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and teamwork skills
- willingness to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights
- friendly and positive attitude
- commitment to providing outstanding guest service
Job Duties
- assure and maintain the highest standards of service sanitation and hospitality by keeping a clean and inviting atmosphere for guests
- communicate when tables are ready to be seated
- perform stationary opening and closing set up for each shift
- roll silverware and maintain cleanliness of restrooms
- support team by assisting in various tasks to enhance guest experience
- adhere to company standards and health regulations
- collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations
