Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior busser or similar restaurant experience preferred
- ability to stand walk bend and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a team environment
- availability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties
- assure and maintain the highest standards of service sanitation and hospitality by keeping a clean and inviting atmosphere for guests
- act with a sense of urgency and communicate when tables are ready to be seated
- perform stationary opening and closing set up for each shift including rolling silverware and restroom cleanliness
- support servers and bussing duties to ensure efficient table turnover
- assist in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness and organization
- respond promptly to guest needs and requests
- follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
