Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior busser or similar restaurant experience preferred
  • ability to stand walk bend and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work in a team environment
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties

  • assure and maintain the highest standards of service sanitation and hospitality by keeping a clean and inviting atmosphere for guests
  • act with a sense of urgency and communicate when tables are ready to be seated
  • perform stationary opening and closing set up for each shift including rolling silverware and restroom cleanliness
  • support servers and bussing duties to ensure efficient table turnover
  • assist in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness and organization
  • respond promptly to guest needs and requests
  • follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
