- Adhere to company rules including no unauthorized removal of property, no unauthorized eating or drinking during shifts, no working under influence of substances, no unauthorized personal items in lockers, and no physical violence or harassment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year full service restaurant busser experience or equivalent
- Ability to meet personal schedule requirements punctually
- Friendly, courteous, and pleasant attitude
- Ability to get along with co-workers
- Clean, well-manicured personal appearance
- Ability to safely transport containers weighing up to 30 pounds
- Proficient in English to respond to questions and directions
- Ability to stand and/or walk for entire shifts
- Comfortable working on slick and uneven surfaces
- Accept constructive criticism
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Assist the service team by clearing and setting tables promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- Follow proper hand washing and sanitation procedures
- Wear and maintain the prescribed uniform and personal appearance standards
- Safely transport dishes, bus tubs, and trays between tables and kitchen
- Work effectively under stressful, fast-paced conditions
- Communicate and cooperate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
