Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire
- Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Work directly with other FOH team members to ensure all of the guest's needs are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Assist the servers in pre-bussing dishware as the guests have finished eating
- Responsible for the final removal of all plate and glassware after a guest departs from the table
- Reset all tables within a timely manner after guest departure including perfect silverware setup and cleanliness detail
- Assist with running of bus tubs
- Empty trash from trash cans in the restaurant
- Maintain proper food handling and sanitation of work areas including cleanliness of restrooms
- Accomplish all running and end of shift side work including stocking work areas and preparing for the next shift
