Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum six months to one year of customer service experience
- ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- comfortable with physical demands including bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- excellent communication and people skills
- obtain Bossier ABO card and LACT certification as required by local regulations

Job Duties
- Approach newly seated guests and serve bread, butter, water, etc., in a timely and pleasant manner
- work with servers to expedite service at all tables
- reset tables with silverware, linen, napkins, and glassware according to established specifications
- adhere to sanitation and safety policies to protect the establishment and guests
- obtain and maintain a working knowledge of all food menus
- remove dirty dishes, soiled linens, glassware, and flatware from tables and counters
- clean tables and seats
- assist servers by refilling water glasses and coffee cups, helping serve food orders, and attending to guest needs
- wipe counters, sinks, and floors to maintain a clean and safe workstation
- continuously monitor tables to assess guests’ needs courteously
- perform other customer service duties as requested by the restaurant supervisor to assist in profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength, and compliance goals
