Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- previous bussing experience preferred
- ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime
- ability to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust
- Food Handler Certification

Job Duties
- Provide supplies to servers
- polish and stock equipment for operations including silverware, linens, and glassware
- set up, clear, and clean tables before, during, and after service
- set up tables with tabletop equipment per design
- ensure guest tables are maintained to standards promptly
- ensure coffee is made and ready to serve
- assist servers as requested
- perform all opening and closing side duties
- provide fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to guests and staff
- perform other duties as assigned
