Job Duties
- clear, clean, sanitize and reset tables in under 3 minutes
- communicate to hosts and servers when tables are ready for seating
- perform light housekeeping duties including rolling silverware and maintaining restroom cleanliness
- coordinate with hosts to signal table readiness
- maintain a clean and organized dining area
