  • ability to obtain alcohol handling certification within seven days
  • willingness to work hard and maintain a positive attitude
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • physical ability to perform duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • reliable and punctual

Job Duties

  • Keep our dining room, bar, and restrooms clean, organized, and guest-ready
  • reset tables quickly and accurately
  • assist with stocking, trash removal, and occasional dish support
  • maintain safe and sanitary conditions following all handling and cleaning protocols
  • support hosts, bartenders, and servers as needed
  • bring energy, teamwork, and hustle to every shift
