Job Duties
- Clean tables, chairs, and floors throughout the diner and patio
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms and restock paper goods
- Communicate effectively with hosts and managers via headsets
- Assist servers by pre-bussing tables when needed
- Handle bus tubs gently to avoid disturbing guests or damaging dishes
- Organize dish area by stacking plates and glassware efficiently
- Ensure outside areas of the diner are clean and free of debris
