Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age unless otherwise dictated by state law
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- physical stamina including standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 pounds

Job Duties
- Arrives to work on time as scheduled and ready to work
- follows Miller's Ale House policies including time recording requirements
- interacts with guests to provide the highest level of customer service and create exceptional guest experiences
- works with team members to ensure all guests' needs and requests are fulfilled promptly
- assists host/hostess with greeting and seating guests
- assists servers with making and delivering non-alcoholic beverages
- provides guest non-alcoholic drink refills
- assists servers in running food to and from guests while ensuring proper food handling
- acknowledges all guests within five feet in a smiling, friendly manner
- provides immediate responses to guests' requests and inquiries
- performs table quality check backs
- cleans tables and spills throughout guests' visits
- assists servers in pre-bussing dishware
- removes plate and glassware after guest departure
- resets tables including perfect silverware setup and cleanliness
- collects bus tubs at quality assurance and server stations
- empties trash cans
- ensures proper food handling and sanitation of work areas
- accomplishes end-of-shift side work including stocking work areas
- washes hands every 20 minutes
- maintains clean and sanitized work areas
- works with team members to ensure safety and sanitation protocol
- supports other front of house functions as needed
- communicates positively with team members and management
- provides exceptional service throughout the shift
- possesses strong communication and multitasking skills
- works in a fast-paced environment
- maintains physical stamina as required
