Job Requirements

  • Must have a current food handlers card or be able to obtain one
  • Must have experience a positive attitude be punctual and be a team player
  • Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our guests
  • Ability to see hear and speak effectively
  • Ability to ascend and descend stairs
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds bend stoop and kneel
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast paced working environment
  • Must disclose prescribed and or over the counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect ability to perform job functions

Job Qualifications

  • Current food handlers card or ability to obtain one
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence

Job Duties

  • Prepare dining areas before guests are seated including setting silverware napkins tableware and condiments
  • Remove dirty utensils and replenish them as needed
  • Clean and reset tables after guests leave
  • Act as the contact point between front of house and back of the house staff
  • Maintain health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas
  • Deliver orders from the kitchen to guest tables rapidly and accurately
  • Inform restaurant staff about customer feedback or requests
  • Perform other duties as assigned by upper management
