Job Requirements
- Previous experience is not required - we will train you
- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Must be able to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, point of sale system and other applicable systems
- Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable or willingness to obtain
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team-work environment

Job Duties
- Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
- Understand the restaurant menu to identify menu items for takeout and catering, guide guests on choosing items, and answer questions
- Review orders with guests at pick-up or upon delivery and/or with delivery drivers to ensure accuracy
- Deliver an amazing hospitality experience by anticipating and exceeding guests’ expectations
- Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, buss dishes to kitchen dishwasher station, and reset tables
- Remove bus tubs from the bar to kitchen dishwasher station
- Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
- Understand restaurant seating layout and server areas to deliver food efficiently
- Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
