Job Requirements

Promptly clear and reset tables after guests depart
Assist servers by refilling water glasses, replenishing bread/condiments, and delivering items as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including floors, chairs, and service stations
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest-facing areas, including outdoor areas
Ensure guest restrooms are clean, stocked and presentable always
including checking paper products, soap, and overall cleanliness during each restroom check
report any maintenance issues immediately
Ability to lift 70 lbs
Ability to stand for 10+ hours
Ability to work at a fast pace for at least 6 hours consecutively
Ability to adhere to uniform guidelines
Have reliable form of transportation
Ability to memorize floor chart and table numbers

Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required
