Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift 70 lbs
  • ability to stand for 10+ hours
  • ability to work at a fast pace for at least 6 hours consecutively
  • ability to adhere to uniform guidelines

Job Duties

  • Promptly clear and reset tables after guests depart
  • assist servers by refilling water glasses, replenishing bread/condiments, and delivering items as needed
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including floors, chairs, and service stations
  • maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest-facing areas, including outdoor areas
  • ensure guest restrooms are clean, stocked and presentable always, including checking paper products, soap, and overall cleanliness during each restroom check
  • report any maintenance issues immediately
  • memorize floor chart and table numbers
