The Busser plays a crucial role within our restaurant by ensuring the dining area remains clean, organized, and inviting at all times. This role directly supports the waitstaff by swiftly clearing and resetting tables once guests have finished their meals. The Busser also assists in replenishing water, condiments, and other essentials that contribute to a seamless service flow. By maintaining an orderly environment and efficiently responding to both guest and team members' needs, the Busser helps to minimize wait times and enhance overall customer satisfaction. This position requires physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods, along with a proactive attitude to anticipate the requirements of the restaurant floor. Job Duties

  • Clear and reset tables efficiently and thoroughly after guests have finished dining
  • Assist servers by refilling water glasses, replenishing condiments, and delivering bread or other items as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping floors, wiping down chairs, and organizing service stations
  • Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely and smooth service flow
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate any issues to management or servers
