Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Clear and reset tables according to Panda standards
- prepare and serve ice water and hot tea to guests as soon as seating is arranged
- assist servers in delivering guest orders as needed
- remove plates and silverware from tables gently and promptly
- notify servers when bringing beverages to ensure proper charges
- monitor tables for guest satisfaction and additional service needs
- maintain cleanliness of server stations, dining area, and restrooms
- perform opening, ongoing, and closing side work responsibilities
- maintain constant safety awareness and report incidents
