Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and supplies up to 25 lbs
- Frequent bending, reaching, and squatting
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to work safely around wet floors, hot surfaces, and restaurant equipment

Job Duties
- Set and reset tables promptly and accurately
- Pre-bus and clear dishes, glassware, and service items during and after meals
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and surrounding areas
- Sweep and maintain floors throughout service
- Provide water service using trays
- Refill water glasses and jugs as needed
- Stock and polish glassware
- Deliver bread, butter, and other small service items as requested
- Stock service stations and supplies for the team
- Assist with buffet and special event setup and breakdown
- Keep dining and service areas clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Complete nightly side work
- Support servers and food runners to maintain smooth service flow
- Respond quickly to member and team requests
- Attend pre-shift lineups
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
- Report any issues or safety concerns to management
