Job Requirements

No prior restaurant experience required as training will be provided
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Must be able to lift and carry moderate weights
Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be at least 16 years old
Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with others

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Clean and reset tables promptly and efficiently to prepare for new guests
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Support waitstaff and management by anticipating and addressing guest needs
Work collaboratively with the dining room team to ensure smooth and timely service
Uphold Cracker Barrel's standards for hospitality and customer experience
Spot areas that need attention and proactively take action to improve the guest environment
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
