Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and work in congested areas 100 percent of the time
- Must tolerate occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat, and water
- Must be able to withstand continuous walking, standing, bending and climbing stairs
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds when needed
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and/or pull up to 35 pounds regularly
- Smoking is not permitted on the premises
- Required to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and some holidays
- Required to purchase appropriate uniform upon hiring
Job Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of the English language
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and managers
- Knowledge of basic sanitary guidelines
- Knowledge of basic dish machine operations
Job Duties
- Properly clear, clean and sanitize all tables and dining room areas
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room
- Maintain a clean and organized dish machine area
- Operate dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications
- Use proper measurements of detergent and sanitizer in the dish machine
- Restock all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
- Remove all garbage and linen
- Keep storage areas and parking lot clean and organized
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested by the management team at any time
