Job Requirements

- Ability to stand for 6-8 hours a day

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred

- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain composure under pressure
- Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Ensure that guests are seated at tables that are always clean and properly mounted in the shortest possible time
- Keep the bathrooms clean and in good condition as well as the perimeter of the restaurant and parking
- Check the cleanliness of stations of the previous shift and notify the manager if there is a problem
- Prepare and refill the station for the next or closing shift
- Set tables with clean linens, condiments, or other supplies
- Check the side duties schedules and perform the necessary functions
- Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment in food service areas or other areas of restaurants
- Empty trash containers and mop the floor of the restaurant and bar
- Offer assistance to guests, remove dirty glasses and dishes, and refill drinks
- Serve ice water, coffee, rolls, or butter to patrons and assist servers with bringing food to tables as needed
- Clean and sanitize during the entire shift
- Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning
- Keep the Front of House Supervisor informed of any problem or issues of importance and take necessary actions as required
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all store employees to promote a healthy and harmonious work climate
- Provide a favorable image of Cantina Catrina to promote goals and raise guest recognition
- Maintain adequate supplies of items such as clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, or trays
- Stock cabinets or serving areas with condiments and refill condiment containers
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
