Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours
- Must be able to maneuver efficiently during simultaneous functions
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 30 lbs
- Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, bending, climbing
- Must have listening, hearing ability and visual acuity
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food running or bussing is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Passion for food and guest service
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
Job Duties
- Seamlessly work with the kitchen and front of house team to provide exceptional and timely service
- Ensure guests receive their food orders promptly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
- Assist in clearing and resetting tables efficiently
- Support team members in maintaining a positive and energetic work environment
- Embrace continuous learning about food and beverage offerings
- Help ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
