Job Requirements

  • must have or obtain California Food Handler certification
  • must be at least 16 years of age
  • must be able to lift up to 35 pounds frequently
  • must be able to stand for long periods
  • must be able to work in hot, wet and loud environment
  • must communicate clearly
  • must be able to follow safety and sanitation procedures
  • must be able to read English or Spanish
  • must utilize cleaning chemicals per safety data sheets

  • must use cleaning chemicals according to safety data sheets
  • must hear with 100 percent accuracy with correction
  • must have or obtain California Food Handler certification
  • must be at least 16 years of age

Job Duties

  • buses dishes quickly and safely without disrupting guests
  • adheres to health department and sanitation standards

  • attends team meetings and suggests improvements
  • performs other duties as directed by management
  • assists in smooth operation of the restaurant
  • adheres to safety standards
  • demonstrates personal ethics and commitment
