Job Requirements
- Arrives to work on time as scheduled and ready to work
- Follows Miller's Ale House policies including time recording and responding to end-of-shift prompts
- Interacts with guests to provide the highest level of customer service
- Works directly with other team members to fulfill guest needs promptly
- Supports other front of house functions as needed
- Maintains excellent communication with team members and management
- Adheres to all safety and sanitation protocols including frequent hand washing
- Physical ability to remain standing for extended periods
- Ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 30 lbs for short distances
- Ability to work with varying noise levels

Job Duties
- Arrives to work on time as scheduled and ready to work
- Follows Miller's Ale House policies including time recording and responding to end-of-shift prompts
- Interacts with guests to provide highest level of customer service and create exceptional guest experiences
- Assists host/hostess with greeting and seating guests
- Assists servers with making and delivering non-alcoholic beverages
- Provides guests with non-alcoholic drink refills
- Runs food to and from guests ensuring proper food handling and guest expectations are met
- Acknowledges all guests within five feet in a friendly manner
- Responds promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- Performs table quality check backs to ensure guest satisfaction
- Cleans tables and spills throughout guests' visits
- Assists servers with pre-bussing dishware
- Removes all plate and glassware after guests depart
- Resets tables promptly with perfect silverware setup and cleanliness
- Collects bus tubs at quality assurance and server stations
- Empties trash cans in the restaurant
- Ensures proper food handling and sanitation of work areas
- Completes end-of-shift side work including stocking and readiness for next shift
