Job Requirements

  • Ability to move effectively throughout the dining room
  • ability to lift and carry serving trays weighing up to 15 lbs
  • ability to lift and carry bus tubs weighing up to 40 lbs
  • ability to perform reaching and stooping motions
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong physical stamina
  • good communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Busser preferred but not required
  • strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift moderately heavy objects
  • positive attitude and commitment to customer service
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Clear and reset tables efficiently
  • remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly
  • collaborate with servers to provide exceptional guest service
  • deliver beverages, refill water glasses, and assist with food orders
  • monitor dining area cleanliness and sanitize tables, chairs, and surfaces
  • keep service stations stocked with glassware, utensils, and napkins
  • assist guests by answering questions and accommodating special requests
  • safely transport used dishes to dishwashing area
  • collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment
