Job Requirements
- Ability to move effectively throughout the dining room
- ability to lift and carry serving trays weighing up to 15 lbs
- ability to lift and carry bus tubs weighing up to 40 lbs
- ability to perform reaching and stooping motions
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong physical stamina
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Busser preferred but not required
- strong work ethic and attention to detail
- excellent communication and teamwork skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift moderately heavy objects
- positive attitude and commitment to customer service
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Clear and reset tables efficiently
- remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly
- collaborate with servers to provide exceptional guest service
- deliver beverages, refill water glasses, and assist with food orders
- monitor dining area cleanliness and sanitize tables, chairs, and surfaces
- keep service stations stocked with glassware, utensils, and napkins
- assist guests by answering questions and accommodating special requests
- safely transport used dishes to dishwashing area
- collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment
