Job Requirements
- high school degree, GED or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- physical stamina to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- excellent verbal communication skills
- ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- friendly and customer service oriented
Job Qualifications
- minimum 1 year of experience as a busser, food runner, or other entry-level role in a restaurant
- flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
- physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours

- excellent communication skills
- ability to multi-task
- attention to detail, cleanliness, and safety

- excellent verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (preferred)
- ability to work well under pressure and respond quickly and effectively to emergencies
Job Duties
- assist customers with queries, requests, and redirecting as necessary
- ensure that tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset between seats
- serve food and refilling beverages as required
- assist with the cleaning and processing of dirty dishes and silverware
- ensure that the menus, crockery, and cutlery are cleaned and replenished between tables
- manage the inventory of napkins, straws, salt, pepper, and other table condiments and supplies
- report any damages, shortages, and complaints to the manager
- move tables, chairs, and furniture to accommodate customers as needed
- tide the restaurant after service and ensure that it is prepped for the following service
